1. Who We Are
FragDesk is a work-in-progress Counter-Strike 2 demo analytics platform for teams, coaches, players, and approved data partners. The service is operated under the FragDesk name and is currently preparing for private beta and platform API access.
2. Information We May Collect
Depending on how you interact with FragDesk, we may collect the following categories of information:
- Contact information, such as your name, email address, team, organization, and messages you send us.
- Account or beta access information if you are invited to test FragDesk.
- Demo files, match metadata, match identifiers, map names, player names, player identifiers, round events, utility events, positions, and derived analytics generated from CS2 demos.
- Technical information such as device type, browser, IP address, log data, security events, and basic usage analytics.
- Integration information from approved APIs or partners, such as resource URLs, match IDs, webhook events, and access metadata needed to retrieve or process demos through authorized flows.
3. How We Use Information
We may use information to:
- Operate, test, secure, and improve FragDesk.
- Process CS2 demos and generate analytics, reports, and model features.
- Train, evaluate, and improve analytics models using derived demo data.
- Respond to messages, partnership requests, API access reviews, and beta access requests.
- Detect abuse, troubleshoot problems, and protect the service.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce applicable agreements.
4. Demo Files and Training Data
FragDesk is designed to work with legally obtained demos, including user-provided demos, team-provided demos, partner-provided datasets, and demos retrieved through approved API access. We do not intend to rely on browser automation, session-cookie scraping, or unauthorized access to obtain demo files.
Raw demo files are treated as private processing inputs. We do not sell, publish, or redistribute raw demo files. Where practical, model training datasets are based on derived features and labels rather than raw files, and unnecessary personal identifiers are minimized or removed.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with:
- Service providers that help with hosting, storage, security, analytics, email, and infrastructure.
- API platforms, teams, tournament organizers, or data partners when needed to operate an authorized integration or honor an agreement.
- Legal, safety, or compliance recipients if required by law or necessary to protect rights, security, and the service.
- Successors if FragDesk is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
6. Retention
We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including product development, model evaluation, security, legal compliance, and legitimate business needs. Raw demo retention may vary by source, partner agreement, beta program, and technical requirements. Aggregated or de-identified derived data may be retained longer where it no longer reasonably identifies a person.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Choices and Requests
You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or other handling of information associated with you. Depending on the source of the data, applicable law, partner agreements, and whether the data has been aggregated or de-identified, we may need to verify the request or explain limitations.
9. Children
FragDesk is not directed to children under 13. If we learn that we collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
10. International Processing
FragDesk may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Those countries may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as FragDesk develops, launches beta access, adds integrations, or changes data handling practices. The updated version will be posted with a new effective date.
